Training is a important part of any fire department. When you pull up to a fire, what is your first action? When you are about to enter a house that is on fire, which entry technique will you use? When there is a person in the house how do you search for them and not become a victim of the fire yourself? These are questions that are answered in training. It is not just something we talk about, its something we do. Every job is important, from hose connection to fire attack.       We currently have training meetings every 3rd Thursday of the month, and have training sessions every other Saturday. These sessions include but are not limited to: Driver Training, Engine Company Training, and Ladder Company Training.
